It'd be nice if there was a confirmation before ending the turn if there was more you can do. Or an option to turn on such confirmation prompts. Like, when hitting Pass in Terra Mystica it'll remind you if you still have unused actions this round.
I just ended my turn 16 and realized I did not click to use my era3 tech bonus free action and there was no reminder up in the top bar where it shows the main turn actions. -
