This happened on move #50 and after reloading the page with F5 it disappeared.

Thank you for participating in the alpha testing group to help identify remaining bugs and improve the game. You'll recognize the following bug reporting requirements from the window that pops up at the start of each table.

1) Ask other players at your table for their opinions, especially if you are unfamiliar with the rules. For rules violations, please double-check the rulebook to ensure that it’s really a rules problem.
2) If possible, try to pinpoint the exact sequence of actions to create the problem. If you restart the sequence or refresh your browser, which sequence of buttons/clicks are required to produce the problem?
3) Take screenshots of the situation to help explain the problem and upload them to an image hosting service. (You can use imgpile without creating an account.)
4) ALWAYS report the move number in your bug report. It can be found at the top left of the window near the game progression. (On mobile, rotate to landscape first.) Or you can 'View game replay' after the game ends and find it in the log or walk through the replay.
5) ALWAYS report the exact error message if one is given.
6) Before filing a new bug report, check if another bug report might be related to yours. Reports with multiple votes are prioritized and easier to resolve than multiple scattered reports.

In your specific situation, please refer to #2 and #3 to explain what you're describing. Confusingly, it sounds like you're describing two separate bugs, but in a single report, so I'm not exactly sure of the situation here.

The problem occurs when giving up on picking up a card from the composite pile. When drawn from the deck, the card appears at the bottom. I was on mobile, so I couldn't take a screenshot. I'll try it in the next game.

I've spent some time trying to reproduce this, but I can't manage it. The replay shows the cards being placed on top.

I certainly believe you when you say a card went underneath, but a picture would help us out a lot if it happens again.

I've also tried to look into this, but I'm still confused maybe you can help me.

You played cards on moves 49 and 52. (I looked at both, just to be sure.) Both cards came from the compost pile, not the deck.
