The player I was playing with was able to donate to the association track, even when his/her association card was not upgraded. This goes in direction violation of the rules. I think he is either hacking the system or found a loophole.

I'm not sure, but I attached a screenshot where you can see he/she doesn't have their association card upgraded, yet they have a piece on the board donating.
