As in the original rules, please rotate completed rooms so the relic part is up. Once you have completed a room, only the relic part is important and thus should be at the top (easier to read). It is correct, that the relics are stacked in the default view. You should be able to click on the stack of relics to see them all spread out.
Alternatively, you can change the display preference to stack them under the pyramid.
