Laporkan riwayat
It can happen that on the same turn a player exchanges their 7 for (let's say) the ace and then the other player exchanges their 2 for the 7 just exchanged, so the 7 just went from one player to the other !
I would give this option at the beginning of a turn, before any card is played.
