it appeared to just skip to next players turn without showing the option. When I replay the option is highlighted properly but the game says it is not my turn.

• ... feels one jungle space
• All jungles tiles placed -> there are no gains from the last jungle tile, and it's abnormal.
Here is a theory : you have began the game at 22/8.
But I have published a new release on August 24 : the notification system about tile placements was changed.
When I replay your game, I see that the jungles tiles does not go to the board for the current player (I say "current", not "active") : this is the sign that notifications were recorded with the old release.
Have you refreshed you browser sometimes during this game ? Or closed ans open the browser when it was your tour ?
