I don't understand why it's doesn't do skip, while the people playing with me could.
All we could do is roll a die with a speed limit in front of us that would cause a LoC, which according to new rules should be a skip turn action.

In this game the player was not able to skip turn and he lost control of the car.
This game is still in action but all cars except crashed one are stuck on the track, currently on lap 3 of 2.

I think it's happens when a 3rd gear or more is used at end of the players turn (you and someone else) and the code just indicate 1 or 2 could skip right now
