Drag and drop is really annoying on mobile, click and select is much better and used in many tile games (including Cacao, Takenoko)

Yes, it could be additionally to the drag and drop: if you don't move after the first click, you could be able to click the target

Agree that clicking when where to place is better then drag and drop. If you do keep drag and drop need to at least highlight the target area when hovering over it so you have a chance to line it up with where you want to drop it

Es difícil transportar la pieza, en especial si usas un mousepad. y si se coloca accidentalmente en un sitio equivocado, no hay forma de volver atrás. Mi sugerencia es que haya un botón de "CONFIRMAR". Creo que debería funcionar parecido al KINGDOMINO. Y para agilizar el juego, estaría bueno que solo aparezcan como posibilidad de poner la pieza en los lugares permitidos.

On my size screen, I had to drag over to my scroll bar, then carefully scroll, then drag back to the my Alhambra. If I didnt' quite get to the scroll bar, I had to start over. Either select and then select method suggested here, or at least move the selected tiles down to the Alhambra area, so that I can just scroll down and drag and drop from there.

It is difficult to place a building accurately, especially when my Alhambra is big (so it seems smaller in order to fit in the screen). Once I tried to place a building from my reserve onto an empty spot in my Alhambra. It was a shock for me when it replaced the building on the right of the empty spot. It was placed on wrong spot, and the building it replaced went to my reserve, which I did not want at all. It cost me a turn and several points.

Adding to the chorus. I played on iPad and drag and drop didn’t scroll the screen for me, so I was forced to place my tiles only on the visible part of my Alhambra (upper portion). Very awkward.

Click, drag, and drop is more difficult and/or impossible for those of us with mobility impairments.

Completely agree, should be same as carcassonne. On my android app I cannot easily scroll to the bottom of my screen to place in the lower part of the alhambra

Drag and drop is ok on desktop, but unplayable on mobile/tablet.

Completely agree - I was able to play fine on a large desktop but others struggled. I don't really personally see what benefit the dragging adds - selecting a tile and then selecting a location to place works in so many of the other BGA games and has no issues on mobile.

Table 121623614 ... something changed and now it's worse. In order to get to my scroll bar to get down to see my Alhambra, my mouse became mis-aligned with the tile I was trying to drag, so that I had to scroll to a very precise location so that the tile, which was all way across the screen from my cursor, could be dropped on the right spot without inadvertently clicking something else on my screen.

That targeting is definitely off. The tile piece separates from where the mouse is. I couldn't place a tile while on mobile and the problem persisted but not to the same degree on a computer.

Just joining the chorus to say it was annoying yesterday, but today it was downright unplayable on my tablet. Click to place would be so much better.

I agree. I can't even place my last tile in my stock on mobile. Going to have to go to my laptop to finish the game

It's actually gotten more difficult for me to drag tiles today and I'm not sure why. The tile seems to lag behind my mouse. I agree that it would be far easier to be able to click instead of drag the tiles into place.

Dragging is broken on 4k multiple monitors too! The drag math is wrong and I can't actually drag the piece onto the targets. Tried Full Screen, smaller window size, across both monitors and nothing seems to work in Chrome. The drag would slow down as it came to the middle of my monitor and lag about half the screen distance from the mouse, making it impossible to actually get the tile to the target. Ping me if you want more exact details, but I think just clicking your target is a WAY better solution than drag and drop.

I agree. The drag was simply impossible during a game because the structure was too big and it was impossible to drag the piece AND scroll the page down to position. Being the last move of the game (after the end of the game was triggered) I had no other option and got kicked out of the game.
