In my game this happened twice. Once an opponent wanted to place 1 worker and instead placed 6 on a tile in his own city. Once I wanted to place 1 worker and it placed 3 instead on a tile of an opponents city.

Same as me using Blue workers at the tile that gives 2 more meeples (I forgot the name). 2 times in the same game.

I had a similar event happen twice in this game 19644231. At the time, i assumed I had mistakenly mis-clicked but in both cases it chose the maximum available meeples of that color instead of just one.

This happened to me too, 3 times in one game.

The 2nd 2 times it didn't even ask how many people I wanted to place, just sent them all

move #102: I selected 1 Yellow to activate another tile and the game put ALL my 5 Yellow on that tile.

move #108: After that, again, I selected 1 Blue to activate a tile, and game used ALL my 3 Blue on that tile.

It's a really annoying bug.. it screw up all the game!

when activating an empty tile the maximum number of workers are placed on the tile, skipping the step of selecting worker number (or color).

Some of the descriptions above suggest something else going on, but I suspect a few of them are due to the UI fail (arguably a bug) that I describe in #21686: boardgamearena.com/bug?id=21686

I just had the same thing happen twice, clicked on on 1 blue worker then all 4 were placed. Next turn clicked on 1 red worker and all 2 were placed. There should be a confirmation to acknowledge before any workers are placed on a tile. Table #103220180, Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I suggest all of you vote for the "undo feature" bug, to add a confirmation at the end of your turn. Hopefully that would help address this: boardgamearena.com/bug?id=14859

Yep same happened in our game #153204231 - weird it happened three times for the same player in our game. Makes it completely unplayable as he lost all his meeples in 3 goes.
