I just fired with a ship, taking all shots from the only weapon group that had a valid target.

It has now moved focus to my second ship with a weapon group that has a valid target. The weapon group is flashing like I can fire with it, but when I click on the weapon group it says 'Any and all firing by one ship must be completed before another ship may fire'. I have the option to stop firing ship. But if I stop it looks like it will stop firing with my ship that I actually want to fire with.
